This is a fun and lively bunch! John is a good teacher and excels in leading his class to care for one another.

This group is for all ages, but focuses on families of college students and empty nesters. This is a fun group of people who enjoy strong biblical teaching and great community.

This group loves to study the Bible in an unintimidating way. Most of the people in this group have passion for playing music and leading worship. If you have this same interest, then this group is for you.

Blythe has a heart for connecting adults with fellowship, group activities, and the study and application of God’s Word. This group is ideal for empty or soon to be empty nesters who want to enjoy life with other Christian adults.

Dustin and Mike are both men who love the Lord! Dustin is a local judge. Mike works at the Navy Base. They have a desire to connect with other adults and help them grow in their relationship with Jesus!

This group models what John 13:34 teaches, which is to love the Lord and to love people! That is the essence of who they are. They teach the Bible and they care so much for the people in their small group class. They understand what it is like to be new in a community and have the gift of hospitality to make others feel extremely welcomed!

Couples with small children (newborn through elementary) seeking a deeper relationship with Christ and meaningful community in the chaos of life. The goal of this group is to build relationships and do life together.

Adult Ages 30-40

Adam and Lydia lead this group designed to relate to people who want to do life with other adults. Adam teaches from the Bible and then seeks to lead a discussion applying the Scriptures to the issues that families face.

Young Adults

Alex and Hannah are from Bay County and Alex serves on the church pastoral staff. This small group is full of people who want to seek Jesus and allow others to see God through their lives. If you are college age or a young adult looking for community and for a group of people to do life with, this is the group for you. They not only plan to connect through small group, but also through fun events.

This small group is geared towards active duty military, National Guard, reservist and veterans. Adam has a special place in their heart for the military, and feel God has brought them together to create a space for their brothers and sisters to celebrate God. Adam was enlisted in the United States Navy for 10 years. He and his wife Meaghan have 3 kids as well. Adam understands what it is like to be new to an area and the stress of being deployed. We want to be your family away from home. Come join us and let’s learn and grow together!

Brian and Christina Knox lead a group geared for families in their 30s. They have been married for 11 years and have 2 young daughters as well. Join us as we study scripture and look at practical applications for the different seasons of life for couples with children.

This group will be doing a study called "Real Men ''. The goal of our study and our Men’s groups is to get men to embrace the call of true discipleship. The study is designed to empower men to learn from the example, both good and bad, of real men from the Bible. We currently offer three men’s groups for you to get involved in. We want you to get connected, grow in your faith, and become the man that God has called you to be.

The Wreck offers both High School and Middle School small group options for our teenagers to get involved in on Sunday mornings. The goal is to create an environment for students to connect with one another and be able to do life together.

Middle School Girls

Joshua and Cami have been attending ECF for a long time. They have a heart for teenagers and want to see them grow in their relationship with the Lord. They have two children and love to spend time together as a family.

Bryan and Jessica have been in Bay County for a long time. They are both highly relational people who connect well with others. They have three boys. They love having fun and doing things as a family. This will be a very fun and active group.

High School

Jennifer and Stephen Sims have attended ECF for three years.  Jennifer recently joined the ECF staff and Stephen is a local business owner.  They spend their free time entertaining in their home, playing on the water and spending as much time outside as possible.  Both have a passion for investing in students and doing life in community.  The Sims have three young children, two sons and one daughter.

High School

Stephen Jencks and Brett Frank have served faithfully at ECF for a long time. They both posses great leadership characteristics and they both have hearts for Jesus. They want to see students be successful. The way they do that is by engaging students and helping them grow in their relationship with the Lord.
